Return & Exchange Policy

- Products are eligible for return or replacement only if damaged or broken.
- Images of faulty or damaged products are mandatory for processing the return or exchange. Please make sure to send clear pictures so that we can review and process your request smoothly.
- Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges:
- All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Products:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Processing of Returns & Exchanges:
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will be guided on how to return the item, and a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be processed depending on the availability and the nature of your request.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order, and we want to accommodate such requests. Please review our cancellation policy below:
- Cancellation Window:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, and the order will be processed for delivery.
- How to Cancel Your Order:
- To cancel an order, please email us at support@grabeasydeals.com with your order number and a request to cancel the order.
- We will process your cancellation request and confirm it via email.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that the return, exchange, or cancellation request is submitted in the specified time frame.
- For returns and exchanges, products must be returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging, labels, and tags.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
