Shipping & Delivery for India

  • Processing Time:
    All domestic orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the receipt of your order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    After processing, you can expect the delivery of your order within 8-10 business days.
  • Remote or Difficult Locations:
    For locations that are in the interiors or are in difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take 9-14 business days.
  • Logistical Disruption:
    Please note that deliveries may experience delays due to ongoing weather conditions such as the Monsoon Season and flood situations in certain parts of India. We apologize for any inconvenience and will strive to keep you updated.
  • Delivery Hours:
    Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Signature Required:
    Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, please suggest an alternative person (e.g., a family member, colleague, neighbor). Please note that Grab Easy Deals will not be responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.
  • Damage After Delivery:
    Once the goods are delivered and signed for, Grab Easy Deals is not responsible for any damage or issues that may occur post-delivery.
  • Complaints:
    If you have any complaints or issues regarding your order, please email us at support @grabeasydeals.com within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

Shipping & Delivery for International Orders

  • Current Status:
    At the moment, Grab Easy Deals does not ship to international locations. We are working on expanding our shipping services, and we plan to offer international shipping very soon.
